LexiUp verilerini satmaz. Yalnızca hesabın, ilerlemen ve uygulamanın ücretsiz kalması için gerekenleri kullanır.

Bu sayfa, BasTech tarafından geliştirilen ve Google Play'de yayınlanan LexiUp İngilizce kelime öğrenme oyununun (paket adı: com.bastech.wordup) hangi bilgileri topladığını, nerede sakladığını ve ne için kullandığını açıklar.

Topladığımız bilgiler

Hesap bilgileri: Kayıt olurken girdiğin kullanıcı adı ve e-posta adresi (Firebase Authentication).
Oyun verileri: Puanların, seviyen, öğrendiğin kelimeler ve liderlik tablosunda görünen bilgiler (Cloud Firestore).
Cihaz ve kullanım verileri: Reklam kimliği, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, IP adresi, uygulama içi etkileşimler ve çökme/tanılama bilgileri. Bunlar Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ve Firebase hizmetleri tarafından toplanır.
Telefonunda kalanlar: Bildirim tercihlerin ve uygulama ayarların yalnızca cihazında saklanır.

Reklamlar

LexiUp, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklam kimliğini kullanarak kişiselleştirilmiş reklam sunabilir. Reklam kimliğini telefonunun Ayarlar > Google > Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin.

Bildirimler ve sesli okuma

Hatırlatma bildirimleri telefonunda planlanır ve yalnızca izin verirsen gösterilir; ayarlardan istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin. Kelimelerin sesli okunması telefonunun kendi metin okuma (TTS) motoruyla yapılır.

Veri güvenliği

Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (HTTPS/TLS) ve Google Firebase altyapısında saklanır.

Veri saklama ve hesap silme

Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabının ve ona bağlı tüm verilerin silinmesini istemek için bastech.destek@gmail.com adresine “LexiUp Hesap Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder; kayıtlı e-posta adresini yazman yeterli. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir.

Çocukların gizliliği

LexiUp 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Böyle bir durumu fark edersen bize yaz, ilgili verileri sileriz.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır.

LexiUp does not sell your data. It only uses what it needs for your account, your progress and keeping the app free.

This page explains what the LexiUp English vocabulary game (package name: com.bastech.wordup), developed by BasTech and published on Google Play, collects, where it is stored and what it is used for.

Account: Sign-up with username and email (Firebase Authentication)

Location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos: Not accessed

Information we collect

Account information: The username and email address you enter when signing up (Firebase Authentication).
Game data: Your scores, level, learned words and the information shown on the leaderboard (Cloud Firestore).
Device and usage data: Advertising ID, device model, OS version, IP address, in-app interactions and crash/diagnostic information, collected by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Firebase services.
Kept on your phone: Your notification preferences and app settings are stored only on your device.

How we use it

To create your account and manage your sign-in
To save your progress and show the leaderboard
To send reminder notifications, if you allow them
To show ads so the app can stay free
To keep the app secure and prevent abuse (Firebase App Check)

Third-party services

Data is processed by the following Google services under their own privacy policies:

LexiUp shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Google > Ads on your phone.

Notifications and read-aloud

Reminder notifications are scheduled on your phone and shown only if you allow them; you can turn them off in settings at any time. Words are read aloud by your phone's own text-to-speech (TTS) engine.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure.

Data retention and account deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email bastech.destek@gmail.com with the subject “LexiUp Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email address. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Children's privacy

LexiUp is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you become aware of such a case, contact us and we will delete the data.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Changes are published on this page along with the effective date.
